Encon Safety Products is pleased to welcome Linda Baltus as PPE business unit manager.

Encon Safety Products is pleased to welcome Linda Baltus as PPE business unit manager. Linda will lead the Personal Protection Equipment product lines, managing the Encon, Veratti and NASCAR branded safety eyewear, as well as Arc Flash protective garments and equipment. Linda will leverage her 20-plus years of experience in multichannel merchandising to increase awareness of Encon’s brands in the industrial safety market it serves.

Linda has a diverse background, previously managing products for retail and distribution sales in high volume markets for Igloo, Vistar, and Doskocil Manufacturing. Linda has an excellent track record of driving profitable revenue growth through comprehensive product strategies. Linda looks forward to the new challenge, commenting that “Encon has a long and dynamic history; I’m thrilled to join this team, rich with expertise and passion for the safety products category."

Jim Johnson, Encon’s general manager, introduced Linda to the company as an “experienced product manager with valuable multichannel experience, which will be very helpful to our growing line of PPE products”.
