BeyondTrucks’ fuel card management capabilities include activating a fuel card based on certain parameters, generating funds to a certain card, and more.
BeyondTrucks has added a smart fuel card management feature to its suite of transportation management solutions.
“By enabling smart fuel card management in our TMS we are eliminating the need for manual card management processes and greatly reducing the risk of unauthorized fuel purchases,” said Hans Galland, CEO of BeyondTrucks. “As the first fuel card provider to take advantage of these new capabilities, EFS will be able to offer fleet customersbetter control over purchases, reduced administrative work, and the ability to provide drivers with the payment flexibility they need on the road.”
The new feature can automatically activate a driver’s fuel card based on pre-set triggers, such as whether a driver is hauling a load or not. It can also generate and send money codes for drivers through BeyondTrucks, track advances and include them in driver settlements, and update fuel consumption data for each driver.
“As the central operating system for enterprise fleets, our integrations focus not merely on reducing tedious manual data entry, but providing load planners, dispatchers, and back office staff with the data that enable better decisions and translate into better actions,” said Galland.
According to the company, BeyondTrucks’ fuel management system is available on any fuel card.
