Mitchell 1’s SocialCRM offering, LocalSearch, now offers new website themes and various design updates to assist shops with their marketing. While SocialCRM already helps shops host text campaigns, marketing emails, customer reviews, shop websites, and offers social media management, it now includes enhanced search engine optimization and web-specific coupons and promotions, among other features.
“We have completely overhauled our LocalSearch website design themes to include modernized visuals and innovative features, which will help shops strengthen their brand and expand their marketing opportunities to attract more customers,” said Brian Warfield, senior product manager for the Mitchell 1 SocialCRM product line. “Our updated LocalSearch design themes give shops the power to take their websites and social media activities to the next level of business growth.”

Additionally, SocialCRM can now feature a staff page with employee profiles. The program includes consumer review displays and social media content publishing as well. Through the social media integration, the program can also provide easily-shareable employee recognition, such as birthdays and employee milestones.
