Noregon promotes Darren Mangus to president, COO

Noregon promoted Mangus from his previous role of chief HR officer and SVP of operations. Mangus first joined the company in 2022.

Noregon promoted Darren Mangus to president and COO just over two years after he joined the company. In his new role, Mangus will oversee several departments, including product management, engineering, IT, operations, accounting, human resources (HR), and sales. He will report to Bill Hathaway, Noregon CEO.

“I am honored to announce Darren Mangus as our new president and COO,” Hathaway said. “Darren has been an integral part of the Noregon team for the past two years and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise.”

Prior to his promotion, Mangus served as Noregon’s chief HR officer and SVP of operations, where he managed day-to-day operations and HR functions such as leadership training, recruiting, associate relations, payroll, and benefits. When he was first hired in 2022, Mangus served as Noregon’s vice president of HR before he was promoted to chief HR officer.

Beyond his experience with the company, Mangus has worked in operations and as an HR executive for nearly 30 years at various organizations. These include his work as SVP of HR at MAC Facility Services, SVP of HR at Ratner Companies, and vice president of HR at ULTA Beauty.
