Feb. 8, 2022
The acquisition of A&C Mobile Truck Service, which offers repair and maintenance services for customers with commercial trucks, trailers, RVs, and fleets throughout Phoenix Valley, expands the company’s Desert Fleet-Serv business.

The W.W. Williams Company, LLC—one of the nation's largest industrial distribution, service, and repair companies—has completed the acquisition of A&C Mobile Truck Service, LLC, which will operate as a part of its Desert Fleet-Serv (DFS) business.

Located in Phoenix, Arizona, A&C Mobile Truck Service is an independent truck shop experienced in vehicle maintenance and repair. This truck shop will continue to do business as A&C Mobile Truck Service, offering repair and maintenance services for customers with commercial trucks, trailers, RVs, and fleets throughout Phoenix Valley, the largest metropolitan area in the Southwestern United States.

“This acquisition allows us to continue to provide solutions to increase uptime and performance while expanding our footprint to better serve customers across the southwest region,” said David Ruff, divisional general manager. “The blend of a full-scale shop in addition to our world-class field service team at Desert Fleet-Serv allows DFS to expand offerings to all the customers in the Valley.”

“By leveraging the national network and resources of W.W. Williams and combining that with the strengths of Desert Fleet-Serv, we will bring an industry-leading truck and fleet service offering to our Arizona customers and those traveling throughout the region,” said John Simmons, Chairman and CEO.
