Stride Tool, located in Glenwillow Ohio, has acquired certain assets of MPV Tools of Lake Zurich, Illinois. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
MPV manufactures electrical wire strippers for the automotive, industrial and retail markets. Their products complement the products currently offered by Stride Tool.
