Transervice Logistics, Ford Motor Company, and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company have all made strategic additions and advancements to their leadership teams. This includes Jerry Greiner’s appointment to VP of Business Operations, Procurement, and Fleet Management at Transervice; Sherry House and Marin Gjaja’s respective promotions to CFO and chief strategy officer at Ford, among other personnel changes; and David Anckaert’s promotion to chief of product strategy and planning at Goodyear.
Greiner will report to Gino Fontana, EVP and COO of Transervice in his new role and will be working out of the company’s Chicago office. Prior to his new position, he served as the director of Fleet Logistics for Ferrellgas, a propane supplier, before which he was the director of Fleet Management for US Foods.
Ford’s House, who has served as the VP of Finance since June, succeeds John Lawler as part of a planned promotion. Lawler will continue to serve as Ford’s vice chair with a focus on strategy, partnerships, alliances, and corporate development. Gjaja is adding another leadership role to the many he’s held since joining Ford in 2022, the most recent of which was COO for Ford Model e. Other recent personnel changes at Ford include VP of Strategy and Partnerships David McClelland’s retirement at the end of Q1. He will be temporarily replaced by Andrew Frick, who will serve as president of Ford Blue and Ford Model e while continuing to manage Ford Pro until a new leader is named. Additionally, Kay Hart will work under Frick as GM of Ford Model e.
Ford Model e is developing new electric vehicles, including batteries and charging options, while Ford Blue works on new internal combustion engine vehicles.
Finally, Anckaert will report to CEO and President Mark Stewart in his new role as chief of product strategy and planning. His promotion comes after he’s held several positions in R&D, sales, and marketing after he joined Goodyear in 2000. He’s also served as VP of Commercial Europe and VP of Consumer Replacement Europe, and most recently as VP of Europe, Middle East and Africa Consumer business. Now, Anackaert will lead Goodyear’s product roadmap and lifecycle planning.
