The ASE Education Foundation’s new officers and board members for 2025 include a new chair, vice chair, treasurer, and secretary recruited from across the industry.
“We thank these officers and board members for generously sharing their time and expertise to guide the ASE Education Foundation,” said Mike Coley, ASE Education Foundation president. “As we address the technician shortage and advance significant initiatives in the coming year, their experience and knowledge will be indispensable."
The new members include Dwayne Myers, president and CEO of Dynamic Automotive, as the board chair; Brian LaCroix, automotive instructor at Capital Region BOCES, as vice chair; Jim Sennett, manager of automotive repair programs for American Automobile Association (AAA), as treasurer; and Fay Watts, technical support operations technician development manager for Ford, as secretary.

Additionally, the two new members of the board beginning their three-year terms include:
- Andrew Graham, automotive instructor at Forsyth Central High School, Georgia
- Doug Wilberg, sr. manager, Military Transitions Program w/ Caliber Collision Centers
Board departures included:
- Mitch Becker, operations specialist, Protech Automotive Solutions
- Dennis Harden, retired chief of career and technical education for the Iowa Department of Education
- Eric Kenar, former manager of technician environment and service technical college for General Motors
- Trey Michael, former board chair, director of CTE and career pathways, North Carolina Department of Public Instruction
