Merchants Fleet is hosting its fifth annual Fleet Summit from September 10-11, 2024, at the company’s corporate headquarters in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The invite-only event will include new technological advancements and strategic networking for Merchant Fleet clients and partners.
“Merchants is committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fleet management,” said Kirk Hoffman, interim co-CEO and chief financial officer of Merchants Fleet. “Our goal is to empower our clients by providing them with access to the latest innovations, expert insights, and essential connections that will enable them to operate their fleets with greater efficiency.”

The summit is designed to focus on the daily challenges faced by fleet managers, particularly in an industry that’s “undergoing significant transformation,” explained Brad Burgess, interim co-CEO and senior vice president of sales & marketing at Merchants Fleet.
Some key features of this year’s summit include:
- Interactive sessions on fleet management issues, including supply chain challenges, EV adoption, and upfitting strategies tailored to client needs.
- A hands-on evaluation of upfitting technologies and vehicle option exploration with industry experts.
- A ride and drive that will feature a selection of fleet vehicles, from sedans and pickup trucks to box trucks and EVs.
- Networking opportunities for both fleet managers and OEMs.
Additionally, the keynote speaker will be Kevin Sullivan, former White House communications director, who will be discussing the effect of communication on innovation and change. Later, an evening reception at the Double Tree Hilton in Manchester. The company will provide ongoing updates on the company’s website and social media page.
