Mike Mansuetti, president of Bosch in North America, is set to retire on Oct. 1, 2024. He will transition to an advisory role on Sept. 1, 2024, and will be succeeded by Paul Thomas, who will add his new position to his role as president of Bosch Mobility in the Americas. In his new role, he will oversee strategy and sales for Bosch Mobility in the Americas.
“In his 12 years at the helm of the North American region, Mike Mansuetti established a dynamic culture that focused on high-performance and cooperation across all business areas,” said Stefan Hartung, chairman of the board of Robert Bosch GmbH. “We are confident that Paul Thomas will continue to build on this foundation as Bosch seeks to further accelerate profitable, sustainable growth in North America.”

Throughout his tenure as president, Mansuetti prioritized regional growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, a high-performance culture, and digital enablement. He also represented Bosch on the Board of Directors for MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, Consumer Technology Association Executive Board, and the Board of Industry Leaders.
Meanwhile, Thomas has worked in the mobility industry for 25 years. He has held several executive leadership positions in sales, production control, logistics manufacturing, and business unit management. As president, Thomas will be supported by an Executive Committee, comprising Mohammed Abraham, EVP, Bosch Mobility; Christine Zimmerman, SVP, Bosch Global Business Services; and Alissa Cleland, VP Corporate Communications and Government Affairs, Bosch.
