Video: A look at Cummins' journey toward zero-emissions future

Cummins marked the assembly of its 2.5 millionth engine at its Jamestown Engine Plant (JEP) in New York with a celebration that honored the past and teased the internal combustion technology's future.

After reaching a milestone, 2.5 million engines assembled, at its Jamestown Engine Plant, Cummins invited Fleet Maintenance to have a sneak peak of their nearly 1-million-square-foot building receiving $452 million in upgrades. This is in preparation for their next family of fuel-agnostic internal combustion engines, the X15N, and their X15H hydrogen engine as part of their Destination Zero strategy, paving the way for a zero emissions future by 2050.
