Gray Manufacturing Company, Inc. and Vehicle Service Group, LLC jointly announced that they have entered an agreement to recognize the validity and enforceability of 11 collectively held U.S. patents. Additionally, they will share, through mutual licensing agreements, protected technologies so they may continue to bring their respective customers the best, most advanced lifting systems available in today’s marketplace.

In response to the agreement, Gray’s president, Stet Schanze stated, “We appreciate the fact that VSG continues to recognize Gray’s intellectual property by licensing our original patents, as well as our newer patents. We look forward to continuing to work with VSG as a Gray licensee in the wireless mobile column lift market moving forward.”

Kirk Dawson, vice president and general manager of VSG added, “It is imperative that we deliver world-class solutions to our customers. Using VSG’s own patented technology in conjunction with that licensed from Gray allows us to do that. We thank Gray for our continued partnership.”
