Western Express is equipping its 3,600 vehicles with Motive’s AI Dashcam. In particular, the fleet is looking to leverage the technology to facilitate driver coaching and prevent safety events.

Motive’s technology will work alongside Western Express’ collision mitigation systems to assist with challenges such as driver fatigue and distracted driving. They will leverage the dashcam’s video quality and AI features for driver coaching and risk management, as the AI Dashcam can recognize over 15 safety events and tailor its AI models according to a fleet’s needs.
