DTNA Parts has rebranded its Pinnacle Fleet Solutions program, which existed to help connect fleets with parts and service, to Fleet Boost. The program tracks and manages maintenance accounts and parts costs for Freightliner, Western Star, and Thomas Built Bus fleets.
The program comes in three levels: Bronze, silver, or gold, with all three levels offering fleets access to Fleet Boost dealers for quick access to repairs and maintenance, as well as parts purchasing data, and consolidated billing. Additionally, silver- and gold-level members receive Not-to-Exceed Pricing, which means that fleets are never charged more than DTNA not-to-exceed nationwide prices.
Finally, the program offers invoice management tools and cross-border purchasing functionality, nationwide credit, and the ability to request purchase order formatting, such as adding VIN numbers and mileage.
The program is available for both small and large fleets for Classes 6-8 vehicles. The minimum suggested fleet size is 10 vehicles, with the company offering a Fleet Boost Calculator to help decide if the program would be helpful to them. The calculator gives advice based on a fleet’s number of vehicles, how many Detroit engines there are, and the fleet’s average age. If a company decides to participate, they can join for free through the Fleet Boost application.
