With this integration, fleet can access Lytx’s telematics information as well as Geotab’s video monitoring and driver coaching features through one platform.
Lytx has debuted Lytx+ with a Geotab integration to integrate video safety features and telematics data. With this partnership, the two companies offer one unified solution, app, and data platform for their offerings.
"For too long, fleets seeking an all-in-one solution have had to compromise—sacrificing safety for operational efficiency," said Casey McGee, chief revenue officer at Lytx. "With Lytx+, we’re eliminating that tradeoff. Fleet managers now have a video-powered all-in-one fleet solution that drives operational excellence using video and AI, scales with their growth, and adapts to evolving regulatory requirements."
With the integration, Lytx+ offers features such as video safety, which uses machine vision and artificial intelligence to monitor driver behavior, manage risk, and detect incidents; and telematics for vehicle elements such as fuel management, vehicle diagnostics, route optimization, and regulatory compliance information. Additionally, the solution offers in-cab alerts and automated coaching, can retain up to 400 hours of recorded video footage, and allows fleets to configure their platform dashboards to what they want to see. Fleets can also access a marketplace of ready-to-use integrations in the telematics categories they want, as well as a dedicated support team for onboarding and support.
“Lytx+ with Geotab eliminates data silos for fleets and the problems that can occur when data is isolated and not easily shared across an organization,” said Rajesh Rudraradhya, chief technology officer at Lytx. “By removing these boundaries and limitations, we’re truly unlocking safety-driven operational efficiency.”
