    The Rand McNally HD 100 fleet management device ships with software that adds compliant E-Logs to tablets, smartphones and the company's IntelliRoute TND GPS units. Depending upon the service plan selected, the HD 100 can turn those devices into fully functional mobile fleet management solutions. The 4-1/2" by 3-3/4" box, which requires a service plan to operate, plugs into a truck’s on-board diagnostic port and records the truck’s GPS position along with critical vehicle-specific information and driving behavior. The device provides electronic Hours of Service recording, vehicle inspection reporting, text- and dispatch-integrated messaging and driver performance monitoring capabilities.
