FleetNet America, Inc announces the recent hiring of John Martin as Director of Roadside Quality Solutions. In this position, Mr. Martin will be responsible for planning, directing and coaching employees in the emergency roadside assistance division, along with software engineers and other support personnel. John's focus is to optimize the FleetNet infrastructure to ensure quality solutions for our customers. John's previous experience includes tenure with Ryder Truck Rental and Leasing, Miller Truck Leasing, Penske Truck Leasing, Gallagher Truck Center, Serco Management Services, Inc., and service with the United States Marine Corp. He joins FleetNet with a wide range of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
