Q: Customer reward programs are common these days but not so much in the auto repair industry.  Do you have a solution or process to reward your loyal customers?

A: In short, I do!  As small business owners, we tend to chase new customers and invest in advertising that can net a very small rate of return.  Yet, it’s our most loyal customers who are our best salespeople, which is why I created a digital Rewards and Referrals program.  It’s simple to use and executed the way a rewards program should be with not burdening your customer with details to remember and another card to carry.
