Fleet Maintenance Overachievers of the Year: 2024 full list

Dec. 19, 2024
It's hard to succeed in commercial vehicle maintenance without a good work ethic, but these six professionals take it to another level.

Overachievers in the shop are a gift to their managers, their peers, and their customers, but they might not be often recognized for their efforts. After all, when you have an employee that runs as smoothly as an engine, any overmaintenance might just cramp their style. But these hard workers deserve some kudos for everything they give to their fleets and shops each day, which is why we started our Overachievers of the Year program.

Each winner was nominated for one of six distinct categories:

  • Shop Technician
  • Mobile Technician
  • Supervisor/Manager
  • Trainer
  • Shop Owner/ Executive
  • Support Staff

And as a reward for their work, each winner will be receiving gifts donated generously by Fullbay, Milwaukee Tool, Red Kap, and Fleetio.
