NAFA opens registration for redesigned fleet management expo

Dec. 13, 2018
Institute & Expo will offer registrants access to education in fleet and mobility, as well as networking opportunities and product showcases.

NAFA Fleet Management Association opened registration for its annual conference, the redesigned and enhanced Institute & Expo (I&E), which takes place April 15-17, in Louisville, Ky.

NAFA’s annual Institute & Expo, the largest event of the fleet management industry, introduces several improvements to the 2019 event to fit attendees' goals more fully. The expo will offer registrants access to education in fleet and mobility, as well as the opportunity to increase their networking power and learn of new fleet products.

“NAFA listened to attendee feedback and in 2019, NAFA’s Institute & Expo will offer more robust content in fewer days to better fit the needs of fleet management professionals across all sectors of the industry,” said NAFA Chief Executive Officer Phil Russo, CAE.

The 2019 I&E will feature:

  • New, compact format: The show is now three days instead of four — with the program’s most popular features, including industry workshops, scheduled earlier, allowing attendees to save money on travel costs and get back to work sooner, ready to implement everything they have learned.
  • Enhanced networking opportunities: NAFA has added two happy hours, a new closing reception, and an innovative “Dinner with Strangers” program to ensure that attendees will have even more chances to create and nurture new business relationships.
  • Improved educational sessions: NAFA has redeveloped sessions to hone in on emerging trends with revitalized, interactive session formats.
  • Added Value for Products/Service Providers: I&E presents, for the first time, a new track customized specifically for suppliers.

For a limited time, attendees can receive significant savings off registration costs with early-bird discount registration rates. In most cases, attendees can take $200 off regular prices through January 31, 2019. Plus, NAFA members can take yet another $50 off their price by registering before January 4, 2019. This exclusive members-only offer will also be available to anyone who joins NAFA by January 4, 2019. Visit NAFA.org to become a member and take advantage of this $50 discount.
