Prior to joining Penton, Neil worked for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America as marketing and communication manager.

"I'm extremely pleased to be joining Cygnus and the Fleet Maintenance team," said Neil. "Fleet Maintenance has an excellent reputation for meeting the needs of its readers and customers and I look forward to making that bond stronger and meet client needs in creative and meaningful ways."

"Tom brings industry expertise and marketing know-how to Fleet Maintenance, which holds great promise to the market as he converts his many ideas into new and exciting products," said Larry Greenberger, group publisher, Cygnus Transportation Group. "We both agree that maintenance will be critical to fleet operations in the future and the magazine is the only editorial environment dedicated to all maintenance; all classes; all management; all the time!"

Fleet Maintenance is focused on helping subscribers address their number-one concern – keeping vehicles and fleets operating efficiently with minimal downtime.
