Noregon has enrolled six new members in its Education Program, a free service that provides vocational school and students with training resources, scholarships, and access to diagnostic and repair applications. The most recent additions include Metropolitan Community College, Mohawk College, and Saint Paul College.
The Metropolitan Community College offers an associate’s degree in applied science for diesel services and heavy equipment across the Midwest region, as well as a career certification that prepares students for entry-level positions in the diesel industry. To refine its’ students’ skills, the school uses PC-based diagnostic software to prepare them for their careers.

Mohawk College, located in Hamilton, Ontario, combines on-the-job and in-school training in its Truck and Coach Technician program. Classes feature training from the school’s faculty and staff as well as local journeypersons, and cover repairing, testing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, tractors, and buses.
Finally, Saint Paul College features a medium and heavy-duty truck program with specialized training for these vehicles. Through their courses, students learn about diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicle systems in a shop-like environment while also delving into every aspect of the medium- and heavy-duty truck industry.
