CarriersEdge announces 2025 Best Fleets to Drive For

CarriersEdge has announced the 2025 Best Fleets to Drive For, a list made up of North American for-hire trucking companies that were nominated by a driver or contractor for providing the best workplace experiences.

Evaluated across a range of categories, like work/life balance, driver compensation and benefits, and more, the top 20 fleets with the highest overall scores are recognized as Best Fleets to Drive For. Fleets who have received the distinction for 10 consecutive years (or seven consecutive years plus an overall winner award) are inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Both lists included a maintenance professional selected as a 2024 Fleet Maintenance Overachiever of the Year: Leonard's Express, where Dave Forgie is VP of maintenance, was a top 20 fleet, while FTC Transportation, longtime home of technician Vernon Fulkersin, earned a spot in the Best Fleets Hall of Fame.

For more on the winners, Fleet Maintenance will be attending the Best Fleets Education & Awards Conference from March 3-4 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina, where two overall winners will be unveiled in large and small fleet categories.

CarriersEdge said they will also be presenting the Stratosphere Award at the event, which recognizes the top-scoring fleet in the Best Fleets Hall of Fame.

This year marks the 17^th annual contest put on by the online driver training provider.
