TMC’s 2025 Annual Meeting opens registration

TMC members have until February 5 to take advantage of early bird pricing, after which registration costs will increase by $100.

The American Trucking Association’s Technology and Maintenance Council has opened registration for its 2025 Annual Meeting. The event will take place from March 10-13 in Nashville, Tennessee.

The upcoming annual meeting will feature Jack Kennedy, president and CEO of Platform Science as its keynote speaker, and educational sessions that will cover various topics from regulation requirements for the California Air Resources Board to recommended practices for tires and wheels, root cause diagnostics methodology, ADAS implementation, and more. Fleet Talk and Shop Talk sessions are also returning for the 2025 event, as are over 100 industry task forces to help shape the future of fleet maintenance and technology.

Early-bird registration pricing will be open for TMC/ATA members until February 5, 2025, with full meeting registration costing $895 and first-time fleet, educator, or service provider registration costing $595. After February 5, full meeting registration prices will rise to $995, and first-time registration will be $695. Prices will remain static for non-members at $1,500 for full meeting registration and $1,200 for first-time attendees.

Additionally, the deadline for discounted hotel rates and meeting registration cancellation is also February 5. Attendees can change, substitute, or transfer their registration until February 21; exhibitors can register until February 28.
