Strut Tamer II Extreme with Stand, No. 6637-ST

The OTC Strut Tamer II Extreme with Stand, No. 6637-ST, was designed to assist technicians replacing struts. It features forged locking jaws with large pads and offsets to clamp onto and compress springs tightly. To provide additional strength, stability and safety, the compression arms are thick 5/8” steel. Locking trunions allow for optimal stability during spring compression. Arm-locking rings adjust by hand to eliminate the need for tools to adjust them. The 6637-ST Strut Tamer II Extreme includes a stand with wheels for moving easily around the shop. The OTC Strut Tamer II Extreme meets the ASME PASE safety standards for spring compressors. The OTC Struct Tamer II Extreme, No. 6637, is also available on its own.
