The Posi Lock Model 104 general purpose puller is designed to remove gears, bearings, pulleys and other press fit items. The device's patented, steel Safety Cage holds the jaws open or closed, preventing them from slipping, flexing or snapping back at the user. The T-handle opens, closes, aligns and locks the jaws automatically. The slim, tapered jaws allow easier gripping and access to tight spots, according to the company. With one-person operation, the tool has a 5-ton capacity, a 4" reach and a 1/2" to 5" spread. The puller weighs 4 lbs and comes fully assembled with no loose parts.
