Hutchins offers their new 3806 Marine Rasper. Originally designed for the Marine industry, the 3806 can be used with either 80 grit sandpaper or 1,500 '#8211; 2,500 grit sandpaper in stripping bottom paint to provide a smoother, flatter surface, as well as the ultimate gel coat or polyurethane finish.
