CTA Manufacturing Corp. announced the 4-pc Ignition Coil Puller Kit, No. 7990. The kit is designed for removing the ignition coils without damage to the coil or the technician’s hand. There are many home-made removal methods, but these tools will guarantee the coil is removed without damage or injury when working in tight quarters, the company says. The different design of each puller head is configured to work on VW/Audi models with 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-cylinder engines. The T-shape handles are shaped for better leverage and comfort. The metal coil pullers come packaged in a blow-molded carrying case for easy storage and identification. Each puller can be purchased individually and are also compared to the VW/Audi Factory Tools No.s T10094A, T10095A, T10166, and T40039.
