The Renegade TMB 8100 Stretch HRPW Horizontal Rotating Parts Washer rotates engine components from its balanced centerline, while the high pressure spray manifold thoroughly flushes fine particulates from blind holes and other hard-to-clean cavities with aqueous detergent. The unit features custom fixtures to secure parts and components in place in the top load parts washer. Heavy engine blocks or transmission assemblies are cleaned of grease, oil, or lubricants in a high temperature environment. Pump and heater capacities are integrated to the load and sump capacities for ideal throughput. Additional features include PLC programmable wash cycle timer, heater timer, and gear-driven rotary fixture system.
