The CEMB USA ARGOS InstaCheck Touchless Alignment Inspection System uses a 3D machine vision scanner design to instantaneously measure all four wheels in five seconds. This system has no setup, the company says, and eliminates the chance of operator error. There are no clamps, targets or electronics at the wheels. With 'facial recognition' like dimension measurement is accurate and repeatable, according to the company. The system can be used in three ways: ARGOS InstaCheck, InstaVision or a combination of the two combining instant checks and alignment capability in a single unit. ARGOS recalibrates automatically after every vehicle.
