Car-O-Liner's fully automatic spot welding system, No. CTR12000, starts with an extensive measuring process to determine the overall thickness of the steel and records the total thickness of the metal plates within thousandths of a second. When the current begins to flow, it determines whether any of the components are made up of high-strength or ultra-high-strength steel and the subsequent fully automatic welding process doesn't require having to enter or adjust any parameters.
