Hot Shot's Secret EDT+ WINTER DEFENSE is an everyday diesel treatment with added anti-gel properties. Fuel treated with EDT+ becomes a “PREMIUM” diesel fuel. It is a fully formulated 7-in-1 diesel treatment to prevent diesel fuel from gelling and icing. It contains a powerful cetane booster, LX4 lubricity additive, keep-clean detergent package and de-icer chemicals. EDT+ provides significantly increased ignition efficiency with all diesel fuels. In addition, EDT+ prevents gum and sludge formation. An important component of EDT+ is a special demulsifier which disperses condensed moisture. Condensed water in fuels is a major cause of rust and icing in cold weather.
