The specially formulated additive in Justice Brothers' Power System Steering Cleaner will initially break down harmful residues while cleaning the pump, fluid lines, racks and valves. Adding this cleaner, followed by professional servicing, will remove contaminated worn-out fluid. The cleaner also contains Justice Brothers Metal Conditioner to protect internal metal parts.
