A/C Leak Detector, No. ACT825

The Snap-on A/C Leak Detector, No. ACT825, offers an intelligent tin oxide sensor for increased leak-detection accuracy. The ACT825 features a microprocessor that automatically selects the best sensor setting for optimum performance, according to the company. The tip of the flexible 15-1/2" probe is highly sensitive in detecting extremely small levels of chlorofluorocarbon gases eliminating false alarms. A larger LCD screen provides better viewing of the relative magnitude of detected leaks. Indicators for the selected sensitivity range, battery gauge, mode and status information are also displayed. The push‐button keypad controls power, volume and sensitivity level selection. The ACT825 meets and exceeds J2791 and J2913 certifications.
