Noregon released a new software update for JPRO Professional 2024. The v3 update includes additional engine support, more OE compatibility, and more capacity for OEM component diagnostic applications.
Firstly, the update includes more engine support for both International and PACCAR engines, such as bi-directional support for the International GHG 17 A26 and cylinder compression testing for the PACCAR GHG 17-GHG21 MX. The software can also now offer support for 486 Caterpillar off-highway models, including reading proprietary diagnostic fault codes, event codes, and data. This also includes managing bi-directional functions for these Caterpillar models.
Additionally, JPRO Professional is now compatible with 30 new OEs and 600 models of Cummins-powered off-highway equipment. This includes offering proprietary diagnostic fault codes, event codes, data, bi-directional test capabilities.

The system can also offer bi-directional tests for both GM vehicles with a 6.6L (L8T) engine and Bendix Trailer Brake Systems and Bendix Driver Assistance Systems.
Finally, the software update allows JPRO to launch OEM component diagnostic applications from the Software Connection Warnings dialog when an electronic control unit update is available for certain OEs.
