Noregon launches JPRO Professional 2023 v1
Noregon, a heavy- and medium-duty diagnostics provider, launched the first major update of 2023 for their diagnostic and troubleshooting application, JPRO Professional.
One of the major additions in this update is the significant increase in coverage for off-highway construction vehicles and equipment. This is included in JPRO at no additional cost to subscribers and will continue to receive coverage updates separate from JPRO’s three major annual updates.
“Most [repair facilities and municipalities] have a diverse fleet and we’re thrilled to give their technicians the ability to repair much of their heavy-duty equipment with the same, familiar tool they use to repair their commercial trucks,” said Jason Hedman, product manager for Noregon.
Users will also get coverage for many popular models of equipment from major OEs such as Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu.
Additionally, Noregon announced increased support for the growing alternative fuel market.
“We’re working with companies like ClearFlame to ensure JPRO covers engines that have been converted to run on sustainable, renewable energy sources,” Hedman stated. “We know fleets want to ensure their technicians can repair these vehicles before they invest in them, so we’ll continue to make that possible for them.”
JPRO users will also benefit from enhanced support and bi-directional coverage for many vehicle systems, including ADAS, engine/aftertreatment, brakes, and more.
Customers with an active JPRO subscription can update via a prompt in the software or from the company’s website and no additional charge. Those interested in renewing or purchasing a new subscription can contact the company’s US-based product experts at 855-889-5776.
