    Valspar's Cold-Galv, Shiny Galv and Bright Galv primers dry to the touch and provide a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Cold Galv Primer's smooth, cold-galvanizing compound dries to a crack-resistant coating, protecting iron and steel surfaces; stops rust creepage; has excellent outdoor durability; bonds to surface; and is weld-through. Bright Galv Primer provides a protective coating developed to protect exposed metal in conditions where long-term paint life is expected; has superior corrosion protection; and matches appearance of new galvanized metal. Shiny Galv Primer has a shiny, zinc-enhanced coating for the cosmetic restoration of galvanized metal substrates; protects iron and steel; and restores galvanized surfaces.
