    According to AES Industries, there are hundreds of applications in and around the shop for their 1,500-watt HG-250 heat gun kit. An adjustable heat control allows you to regulate the heat gun's temperature from 122 - 1,112 degrees Fahrenheit. This tool can be used to strip paint, lacquer or varnish; soften, mold, form or weld plastic; thaw frozen pipes; soften caulk or putty; dry electric lines or other surfaces; assist with heat shrink tubing or shrink wrapping; and more. Along with a plastic storage case, the kit also contains various nozzles and scrapers.
