Neu Tool & Supply Corp., the New Berlin, Wis.-based tool distributor, hosted nearly 200 attendees and 112 vendors at the 2015 Neu Tool Fair April 24 and 25 at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee, Wis.
This year marks the third annual distributor-focused tool trade show. "Next year you can expect to see Tool Fair 2016 at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino at the end of April or early May," said Tim Neu, Sales Manager for Neu Tool & Supply Corp.
Neu Tool Fair provides tools and equipment from a number of vendors, including supporting product manufacturers like GearWrench (Apex Tool Group), Autel, Bosch, Ingersoll Rand, Makita, Mueller Kueps, OTC, Robinair, SP Air, Sunex Tools, Steelman and VIM Tools.
"We hope distributors are able to enjoy our casual show format as well as pick up new exciting information from vendors regarding product and market conditions," said Neu.
All attendees were invited to participate in a Friday night outing at Miller Park, stadium for the Milwaukee Brewers Major League Baseball team. "There's something to be said about the relationships we have formed. It's not just business at the show - It's a chance to unwind and be social, as well."
In addition to the Brewers game, Neu Tool offered promotions for attendees, which included door prizes such as TVs, iPads, golf clubs and a grand prize Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The two-day event wrapped up with a Saturday evening dinner reception, where the Harley Davidson was raffled off.
This year marks the 51st year Neu Tool has served distributors across the country. Neu says, "We hope attendees realize that Neu Tool is committed to their success on the street and we appreciate the support they give throughout the year."
