ArmorPlate roll-up door

The TODCO ArmorPlate roll-up door consists of high-strength steel skins bonded to a solid high density polyethylene composite core. It is available in two thicknesses – 1/4” (7.5mm) and 1/2” (13mm). The 1/4” ArmorPlate door panels incorporate automotive quality painted white steel skins inside and out for the durability to stand up to freight, frequent stops and unforgiving roadway conditions. Tongue and groove panel joints utilize vinyl joint seals to protect cargo from the elements. The polycomposite panel core is impervious to moisture, says the company. The ArmorPlate 1/4” overhead doors are available with 1” or 2” track and roller set-up, complete with flush-mounted center and removable end hinges, and EZ Seal dual durometer PVC side seals.
