    The Fontaine Fifth Wheel PML Adjustable Plate Mount replaces the company's PMA and APB model brackets. According to the company, the lightweight model has a cast steel design that weighs an average of 10 lbs less than the previous brackets offered. The PML model, with a vertical load capacity of up to 55,000 lbs, is composed of fixed brackets that sit on a steel plate base. Each side of the base has six mounting holes, which allow the assembly to be moved forward or backward in 2" increments to help balance any load. The greaseless liners ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact between the top plate and the bracket, and dual-durometer bushings aid in shock absorption.
