Due to these vehicles’ duty cycle, the shift tube will eventually warp and crack, causing the gear shift to bind. The replacement kit lasts four times longer than the OE and aftermarket designs, the company says. The kit features a machine-welded tube for overall durability and a structurally improved plunger for increased longevity. The kit fits Ford F59, F-450, F-550, F-650, F-750, and Econoline vans with a column shift.
