The FleetAero TrailerBlade offers 16 different configurations to improve trailer aerodynamics. According to a SAE J1321 test, using the side skirts can yield 7.15% in fuel savings. They are 32" high by 16-22' long, comprising steel panels with thermoplatic vulcanite lower skirts. The mounting strut pivots and articulates to prevent damage during turns. TrailerBlade also offers optional door to access spare compartments and equipment stored under the trailer.
