    Viatec's SmartAPU can provide power for medium-duty service trucks for electric air-conditioning, export power, lighting, and more. With 3kW electrical output, the SmartAPU has a DC output of 13.6V and a maximum continuous current of 220A, and can recharge via a plug-in cord in 4-5 hours. Powered by a Lithium NMC batter, the SmartAPU also has an inverter output of 120VAC and a current of 25A, and an estimated battery life of 10 years. The 22" length by 18.5" width and 24" height SmartAPU also features a dash-mounted touch encoder display and can communicate with a vehicle powertrain J1939 CAN.
