The Loc-Light system enhances JOST fifth wheels with the addition of a two-sensor monitoring system as well as a LED throat illumination. The Go/No-Go indicator will turn green when the kingpin and handle are properly locked the fifth wheel coupled, while red indicates they are not. An LED light turns on when the system is engaged and shines into the throat to make pre-inspections checks of the lockbar easier. Loc-Light is available on JOST Air Release Topplates with a 55,000-lb. vertical load rating, and for Converter Dolly Topplates with a 150,000-lb. pull load rating.
