The Hutchens Industries 900 Series single-point suspensions are designed for heavy duty on- and off-road applications and attach to the trailer frame at a single location. Features include extra heavy duty 5-inch-wide leaf springs and split trunnion casting for easy maintenance and replacement of trunnion bushings, the company says. Adjustable plates in spring-end boxes enable easier axle alignment when needed. Thick rubber pads above the spring leaves offer increased flexibility. Weight capacity ratings of 36,000, 42,000, 44,000, 50,000, 60,000, and 70,000 lbs, with weight-saving two and three leaf units are also available.
