The Cooper Tire Roadmaster RM258 WD Winter Drive Tire features an open shoulder design with four rows of lugs and is Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake certified. The RM258 is designed for regional applications and offers shoulder notches and chevron grooves for excellent bite in winter conditions. Deep tread, 26/32nds, along with full-depth 3-D siping in the lugs, help the tire connect closely with the road for improved traction. Tie bars in the shoulders keep the tread from squirming, to help with uniform wear, and stone ejectors in the tread grooves help keep small rocks from drilling into the casing, improving casing life.
