PacLease recognizes Franchise of the Year recipients

April 14, 2023
The leasing and rental company primarily recognized four of its dealership networks for their customer service and program development.

PacLease named MHC Truck Leasing, a leasing, rental, and maintenance dealership network, as the company’s 2022 North American Franchise of the Year. MHC offers Kenworth’s complete line of heavy- and medium-duty trucks through full-service lease and rental programs.

“They truly understand customer service, growing their service and support staff by 30% in 2022,” said Ken Roemer, president of Paccar Leasing. “And they have invested heavily in their facilities and programs–including preparing for EV trucks–to ensure their customers are well taken care of now and into the future.”

In addition to its North American Franchise of the Year award, PacLease recognized its top U.S. and Canadian franchises. Palmer Leasing and Allstate Peterbilt Group were named U.S. Franchises of the Year for Kenworth and Peterbilt, while Edmonton Kenworth took home the honor as Franchise of the Year for Canada.

Palmer Leasing began with PacLease in 1981 and was PacLease’s Kenworth U.S. Franchise of the Year in 2019.

“Like MHC, Palmer Leasing has a long and distinguished history as a PacLease franchise,” Roemer said. “They provide outstanding service, which has led to strong growth over the last several years. They also differentiate themselves by offering an extensive line-up of rental trucks–including dump trucks and tandems for vocational use.”

For the third time in four years, Allstate Peterbilt Group was named PacLease Peterbilt U.S. Franchise of the Year.

“The franchise group has a broad footprint through four states, and they continue to invest in technology – they want to lead in their market, and they do,” explained Roemer. “They were our first franchise to fully implement our voice-guided preventive maintenance program and in our latest National Account customer survey, they were rated as ‘excellent’ across multiple service categories. They were also one of our first franchisees to order a battery-electric Peterbilt medium duty truck.”

Edmonton Kenworth, a PacLease franchise since 1982, took home the top honors in Canada.
