Repair Information Sources Expert Gary Hixson

Gary Hixson is a Market Manager at Mitchell 1, a leading provider of Repair Information, Shop Management Software and CRM solutions to the Automotive Aftermarket. Hixson joined Mitchell 1 in 2004 and is responsible for product and market management of the Repair Information product line. Most recently he managed the release of ProDemand, the industry-leading repair, diagnostic and maintenance information system.

Hixson has overseen numerous Mitchell 1 product improvements including developing OnDemand Live for the OnDemand5.com repair information database, integrating repair information with numerous shop management solutions, and adding the CircuitSelect feature to Mitchell 1’s SVG wiring diagrams. He works closely with customers to drive feature design in the products at Mitchell 1.

Prior to Mitchell 1, Hixson developed test equipment products for telecommunication technicians based upon SONET technology. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA degree from Penn State University.
