The California/Nevada/Arizona Automotive Wholesalers' Association (CAWA) is a non-profit trade association representing automotive aftermarket parts manufacturers, jobbers, warehouse distributors and retailers in the three states it serves. The Association was formed in 1955 and serves as the voice of the aftermarket parts industry in the West. CAWA prides itself on quality customer service to its members and the industry.
Legislative and regulatory advocacy is a hallmark benefit and service of the Association. CAWA has joined forces out West with our national counterpart, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association(AAIA) to assure the industry is represented in the Sacramento, Carson City, Phoenix, and Washington D.C. capitols and government administrative offices. Issues of critical importance to the aftermarket industry oftentimes originate in California and migrate to other states in the nation. As such, CAWA provides for the first line of defense for the automotive aftermarket industry.
CAWA also provides many business services to its membership. From free legal services to business insurances and training, CAWA has earned the reputation of being the premiere aftermarket parts trade association out West.
